These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BLIVE AI (the "Service"), operated by BLIVE AI ("we", "us"), a limited company registered in Hong Kong. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BLIVE AI is software that automatically triggers visual and audio effects on a streamer’s live broadcast in response to gifts and chat events from a third-party streaming platform (currently TikTok Live). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

2. Account

• You must be 18+ (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact email current.

3. Subscriptions

• The Service offers a free 14-day Pro trial, a permanent Free tier with limited features, and paid Pro plans (monthly $14.99 USD or annual $119 USD).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• You can cancel anytime via your dashboard — the Service remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• Prices are in US Dollars and may be subject to local taxes.

4. Refund Policy

• If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged.
• For paid subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of any payment if the Service does not work as advertised. Email us at support@bliveai.com with your account email and reason.
• Refunds are processed by Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
• After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TikTok’s or any other third-party’s terms.
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Upload content that is sexually explicit, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and built-in effects, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Effects you upload remain your property; by uploading you grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver them in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly compatible operation. TikTok and other third parties may change their APIs at any time, which may temporarily affect the Service.
• We are not liable for content sent by your audience or stored locally on your computer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 4.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
